History and Background
Teeratada is consist of two words that “teera” and “tada”. “Teera” is the meaning of wise and “tada” is the meaning of  hand of the people who will create the wise human. Teeratada School was born in 1996 and started teaching in 1997. In the first year Teeratada School has 59 students. It was established on May 6th, 1997, basis of the resolute determination is to use the education as a development tool for the youth. People based on four principles. So on June 9th, 1996 the stone was laid. Gold inscription from the stone had written 1 Corinthians Chapter 3, verse 11 "For no other foundation can lay one that is laid, which is Jesus Christ".

Number personnel of Teeratada Phitsanulok School is as follows:
Administration team                                                      : 14 people 
Teacher                                                                          : 50 people
Support team (janitors, security guard, and drivers)     : 20 people

Academic Support System
Teeratada Phitsanulok School has 18 classrooms, grade 1 to grade 9. Each grade consists of classes A and B. Teeratada Phitsanulok School has library, swimming pool, assembly hall, football field, basketball fiield, begorah hall (this place is for cooking class and planting class), meeting room, audiotorium, science laborat orium, music room,  private classroom, dormitory rooms, and etc.

Teaching System
A week of learning to be held for 5 days. They have  subjects, as follows: Thai, Math in Thai, Math in English, English, History, Science (English), Science (Thai), Social, Chinese, Computer Studies in English, Music, Swimming, and Grammar.  A day this school has 8 periods of subject. For each period has during 50 minutes.

Materials and Other Learning Sources
This school use the materials accordance with core curriculum of Basic Education B.E.2551 (A.D.2008). Every subject has two books. First book for teacher as teacher’s guide and second book for students. In Indonesia also apply two books for each subject. The book for teacher and student. Teeratada’s teachers are usually using quizizz application for student’s exercises or student’s homeworks. And teachers are usually using internet for more learning sources.

This school has different measurement and evaluation system with school in my country. Teeratada Phitsanulok School has 8 levels for measurement and evaluation as follows:

SEA TEACHER

The SEA Teacher Project or the “Pre-Service Student Teacher Exchange in Southeast Asia” is a project that aims to provide opportunity for pre-service student teachers from universities in Southeast Asia to have teaching experiences (practicum) in schools in other countries in Southeast Asia. Based on the SEAMEO seven priority areas for the eleven SEAMEO Member countries to work together to improve the quality of education in Southeast Asia, “Revitalizing Teacher Education” is one of the priority areas in building and strengthening capacity of teachers in the region. There is some objectivies of this practicum, to enable pre-service student teachers to develop their teaching skills and pendagogy, to encourage the pre-service student teachers to practices their English skills, to allow the pre-service student teachers to gain a broader regional and world view, and to expose future teachers to diverse teaching and learning situation and opportunities, and the value of flexibility. In this program, I implemented it according to the procedures that have been made by SEAMEO. teach in the class and evaluation. In the first week I observed several classes that I would teach later. Then, the second week I made a lesson plan for learning that I will do. Third and fourth week, I teach in the class and evaluation. After taking this program, I got a lot of benefits and experiences. Teaching Practice

In the learning that I did, I used the TPS (Think Pair Share) model. I start the class with the “24” game, its about 10 minutes. 24 game is game where four numbers are given. Then students are required to think of operating these four number to produce 24. It is intended to encourage student enthusiasm. Then, I continued by giving a pretest to the students, around 10-15 minutes. This pretest aims to measure student’s abilities and knowledge regarding the material to be studied. Then, I explained the material to the student. After that, I instructed students to pair up with their respective peers, and then give some question to them. Students discuss solution of the problems given together with their partners. Then I went around to check their work. After all. After all pairs are finished with their work, I ask one of the students to write their results of their work in front of the class.and then, I gave an explanation and straightened out the solution to the problem given.
